- To execute Economic Feasibility Studies, Researches and Field Survey for the Proposed project inside the Kingdom.
- To secure the Statements and the Basic Informations about the services and the needed utilities for establishing and operating the project in the Kingdom.
- Submit an Application for the Investment License to be issued by an Authorization after reviewing the documents provided by the investor.
- To get in the Commercial Registration after depositing the capital in one of the Saudi Banks by the investor.
- To get the requested Visas for the Investor to enter in the Kingdom before and after the Investment License.
- Open File 700 in order to give the Company or the Establishment a number to register in it all that concern the employees as regarding the Visas and the number of employees.
- To Audit the Accounts, prepare the Financial Statements and getting the Zakat & Income Certificate (the Taxes).
