Educational Background:

 
  • Graduate – 1970, King Saud University ( Riyadh University), Saudi Arabia.
    Bachelor of Accountancy & Business Administration.
  • Holder of MBA from the International United States University ( San Diego).
    U.S.A. – Master of Business Administration in 1981.
  • Practicing Consultant in Management and Organization as per business license No. 75 dated 25/08/1409H, issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Holder of license as Certified Accountant under registered license No. 248 dated 06/08/1409H, issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • From 1970 to 1973, undertook the position as Accountant in the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
  • From 1973 to 1975, was appointed as Financial Controller in the Control and Inspection Department.
  • From 1982 to 1989, the Saudi Consulting House selected to be a member of the Customs Exemption Committee.
 
 
         

Professional Experience:

Possessing a ten years work experience at the Saudi Consulting House (previously known as Research and Industrial Development Center) since being graduated from the United States of America, served as a Management & Organizational Consultant and represented the Center as General Manager of Administrative and Economic Consultancies Department.

Apart from above also being a Chief Consultant to the Saudi Consulting House, opportunities had opened doors to participate in several assignments conducted, a few of which to be mentioned as follows:

  • The study for the introduction of a computer network to the Holy City Secretariat.
  • Study for organizing the Ministry of Industry & Electricity.
  • Study for Saudi Distribution Company.
  • The study for re-organizing the Saudi Consolidated Electric Company in the Western Province.
  • The preparation of the competition documents of management operation and maintenance of Riyadh Security Forces Hospital.
  • Over 40 Economic Feasibility Studies for Private Hospital Projects spread thorough-out the Kingdom.
  • Studies for specifying land area required for Aramco Staff.
  • Economic Feasibility Studies conducted for a number of Industrial Projects through-out the Kingdom.

Apart from the participation for the preparation of numerous studies of which a few important ones as follows:

  • The sharing of a team for the preparation of the Fifth Industrial Development Plant, 1410 – 1415.
  • The Feasibility Study for the establishment of Agricultural Distribution Company.
  • Taking part in the preparation of studies on the methodology of released by the Ministry of Industry & Electricity.
  • The participation for the preparation and gathering information for the Industrial Investment Guide, Fifth Edition 1978 (a guide includes all required information on the Industrial activities in the Kingdom and issued by the Research and Industrial Development Center).
  • Preparing Marketing Reports and investigating local products.
